I'm starting my first cycle next week. Here's what I'm going to take supps wise.
1) Glutamine, 3 tsp per day (about 15 g).
2) Creatine, 5 day loading phase at 5 tsp per day (about 25g) and regular dose of 3 tsp per day (about 15g) after loading phase.
3) Daily multivitamin no iron.
4)Vitamin C, 1000mg per day
5)Calcium, 1000 mg per day
6)Flax Oil, 3 tbsp per day (about 42g)
7)Ultra fuel (maltodex carb drink), used after workout.
8)Designer Whey, mostly used when I can't fit enough protein into a meal.
Anything I'm missing here? Thanks.
