Fair enough GS! No debate there.
Here's the scoop so far:
Week 1:
Very tired all the time! ...living on caffeine and guarana... Body weight went up 6 lbs; body fat stayed the same; Noticed a mild increase in strength. Oh, and I was hungry and horny as hell!
Week 2:
Not as tired, and I'm getting more aggressive in the gym. Body weight is up 3 more lbs this week; body fat has gone up 2 %; all weights are up (strength increase more than mild!) OH, still damn horny!
From the ego side, during week 2 I had five different guys that I know in the gym tell me "how big" I was getting. My wife has seen me go up and down in muscle, and she has recently commented about how I'm starting to "get big again".
(Started @ 180 lbs... now 189 lbs)
So far I'm pleased, and can't wait to see the end of four weeks. In the mean time, I'm gonna keep pushing it in the gym and eating the protien!
