Just wanted to know what web stores you guys use to buy supps. Also wanted to know if anyone can compare Pro Rated Protein to Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey (yummy!). As far as taste and nutritional values.

Pro Rated seems to be a coupla bucks cheaper though
personally I like optimum, mixes well, tastes fine.Leaders did what others weren't willing to do, now they enjoy the things that others do not.

Pro-rated is made by protien USA which is owned by the same guys that own HDT MD labs. It is amazingly priced at COSTCO.
The 6lber is $19.85 and some carry the 10 lb for not much more.Comment

optimum has a great amino acid profile...but i don't think you can beat the costco price.....that is where I will be going soon....will be first time to try pro ratedR.I.P. GearedUp
