i can definately feel an increase in my sex drive at 1- 1.5 grams ed
make sure it is at least 40% steroidial sapponins you can find 25% cheap but its not nearly as potent.

I don't know what effect it has on building muscle, but I do know that I get a noticible increase in sex drive. You will need to take more than what is suggested on the bottle.

I don't know if this is true. I read in EAS's supplement review book (old edition) that it needs to come from a source in Bulgaria. Something about the elements in the soil that adds to the potency. Again this could be a myth.
