    Protein

    Has anyone heard of a portein called Clyftol (i think thats the name)?If yes,is it good?

    I want to buy a really good protein.What protein do you guys advice me to buy?Last time i bought a protein from Ultimate Nutrition,and it sucked.

    If you are looking for just a whey protein than you can't go wrong with Optimum or Proteincustomizer.

    If you are looking for a blend I would go with proteincustomizer, Beverly International, or VPX. Bev & VPX are going to be twice as much as PC though.
