    has anyone gained muscle on a low - med/low carb diet?

    I can make gains on a medium carb diet of around 200-250g/day. I don't like to go over 350g/day even while bulking just because the fat really starts to pile on.

      see that's my problem. if i eat the carbs to up my calories, sure i gain weight and get awesome pumps but i believe my carb spillover point to be between 300-400g
