my freind who owns a supp. store just gave me 4 cans of ids protein isolate i am gonna use it with dex. and my slin after workouts let you guys know how it taste and the quality soon it is cheap for isolate he sells it for 20.00 for 2 lbs 32 servings at 23grms of protein looks pretty good so far a shit load of amino acids and vitamins only 3 grm of carbs. i will keep you guys informed
