Is that to say that you can take it year round, or is it one of things where it will not hurt you but the most benefit is from cycling.

I've never had any problems "coming off" tribulus, so it should be fine.

ONE MAJOR PROBLEM WITH TRIBILUS. All the extra testosterone that is generated into your body is not all used, therefore, the body converts the excess to Estrogen, and eventually will give you "MAN TITS." THIS IS NO JOKE, CHECK OUT THIS STORY FROM CNN http://www.cnn.com/2002/HEALTH/diet....andro.lawsuit/

Anyway, something all the muscle mags and supplement websites don't tell you about products like Tribulus, or Andro products, is that they actually create an extremely high spike in Estrogen in males, which is essentially counterproductive to the bodybuilding process (this is why women can never get as big as men, they simple have too much estrogen in their systems). And as I said, the first horrible side effect is Gyno, or Man Tits, which are next to impossible to get rid of without a reduction surgery!

No problem Slightly; I find that the absolute best information to get about supplements is not from muscle mags, nutritional supplement companies, or even famous bodybuilders; rather I search endlessly for actual medical reports and studies from doctors, medical institutions, or university medical centers. They usually give an unbiased opinion and can actually tell, from results, what the side effects can be. While I think Tribulus is a fantastic product for increasing testosterone and testosterone sensitivity (especially in regad to sexual response), I did unfortunately succumb to the excessive estrogen syndrome and wasn't sure what was going on until a trainer at my gym turned me onto the "medical research" aspect of supplements.

Zippy, I checked out the website you posted. It's all about andro and not at all about tribulus.

                            Thanks.
                            I'm 51 6'2" and weigh 250. As you can guess, I'm 25% bodyfat.
I've been lifting seriously for about ten months.
I will be trying Tribex in July.

Tribulus should be used post cycle since it can aid in getting your natural test levels up. Since you are not producing ANY, stimulating production is necessary and the risk of gyno from tribulus has to be VERY low. Just my opinion and I'm new at all this but am reading extensively.
