Hey guys, im nearing the end of my cycle and am going to be starting creatine back up to help minimize my losses pct. I used to mix up 75g of dextrose with .5L of water drink it, go take a shower then have my post workout shake with creatine. My question is does it really matter if you have the dextrose by itself before the creatine and protein shake or can i just mix all 3 together. I really would rather not drink the dextrose with water by itself if i dont have to. thanks for any help

50g should be sufficient. Personally I use oats for post workout. A much healthier choice in the long run, and the gains are leaner. Oats make up about 75% of my total carb intake. You should really read up on low gi vs high gi for post workout. I would be willing to bet after a significant amount of reading you will switch too.Mod @ AnabolicMinds.com
