    Hey Guys!
    I was wondering if you all could help me out, I'm a 190 pound wrestler and I need to know what supplements will help me the most. (ie. for the most part I need instant energy and endurance for 6 minutes of wrestling). Currently I am taking ZMA, CLA, Creatine, Glutamine, and Arginine. These all help overall but they don't do what I need the most. Any suggestions?

    Are you talkling about right before your match? Thats hard to say The only thing I can think of would be something with ephedra in it, 20 or 30mins before your match. But I don't know if they are allowed in your sport. I'm stumped.

      i take a gram of ginseng before working out. i think it may help my endurance a little.

          like was said above....eca or even drink coffee before a match. it would help for a couple of hours as far as energy

            NO NO NO.

            I don't know if you guys giving advice here have wrestled before but its so intense and physically draining. You do NOT want to take any kind of eca. I used to blackout during practice from making mistakes like that. eca will do nothing that your own noradrenalin won't do. You have to just keep doing what you are doing and practice. The only thing that is going to help your stamina is more mitochondria and more rbc's. If you chose certain steroids you can boost these but thats not what you asked about so I don't want to get into it. Eat well and drill hard! Thats the best advice anyone can give.

              Hey Solo I agree with the eat well and drill hard part, but no offense but I would bet the reason the reason you were blacking out was do to the fact that you were trying to make weight as do all wrestlers they cut their water intake and decrease there food intake. Eating and trainning is the way to go but I have never heard of a wrestler that eats right and gets enough water before a meet. so if your water intake is high enough and you have enough food in your system them eca, coffee, or ginseng would help. Just my opinion.

                Guarana is another good sub for caffiene. Much more potent. It gets me nice and jacked before the gym, hangs on for a couple of hours, and I've never felt like blacking out. (Except squat days, but that's another story.)
