i was just reading up on V12 by SAN and they're hyping the tricreatine that is in the V12. they're claiming that it is much better than regular monohydrate. just wondering if anybody has tried V12 or just the tricreatine. and if you saw a difference in the two? thanks a lot

If you respond well to regular creatine monohydrate I wouldn't bother spending the money on V12 or Swole V2. If you are like me and never responded well to creatine mono. I say go for it.
I have used V12 and I loved it. I just started on Swole V2 a few days ago so nothing much to report yet.
I would read up on the ingredients in V12 and you will see the difference in these new cell volumizers.
Also from what I have been told there is no such thing as tricreatine malate it is dicreatine malate and the labels on V12 are incorrect.Mod @ AnabolicMinds.com

I used to use Swole (and now Swole V2) all the time, and I must say that I found considerably better results then just regular creatine. In particular the "muscle volumizing" aspect, every time I used Swole my muscles actually retained that "puffed" look that one gets when working out, yet all the time. Not to mention it helped me to increase my lifting by 5-20lbs above my max level for almost every muscle group. However, both Swole and V12 have tons of Aspartame and/or Acesulfame K, which I didn't realize for over a year of taking(like an idiot I didn't read the "other ingredients" list).
IMO, there is absolutely no point in taking a supplement that is supposed to benefit your body when it is loaded with chemicals that can ultimately give you cancer. Therefore, I have recently switched to Bioplex's Hyper Plex, and am hoping it does the same job, if not, then I plan on switching to Pinnacles Juiced Creatine. If anybody has used either of thes two products, any info would be appreciated.
