ok, you how you dont do the same exercises and lifts all the time-your body gets used to it and adapts to it and the same things would be useless you need to mix it up and change things around
well i was wondering the same thing about protein(and other supps) i have pro complex(for about 5 months now) --isnt my body getting used to the exact same protein?- do i need to mix it up?

good answer. protein need is ac onstant. as long as it is a quality source the type is less important than the frequency of ingestion. pro complex has several different types of protein in it. it is good stuff. i use it before bed
