How much is skin and how much is fat. When you sit down. do you have a little skin roles up from your abs. Like all the guys out there with 4 and 5% bodyfat. How much of this skin do you have. I am always complaining about the bit of fat tht sits on the bottom of my stomach. My lady says" you get on my nerves that is not fat that is skin."
I am thinking that the skin on my abs should be as tight as the skin in my forearms
