  • Cutting Foods

    Lets make a list of all the foods you can safely eat while cutting....

    Protein:

    Egg Whites
    Tuna
    Chicken
    Turkey
    Lean Red Meats

    Carbs:

    Oatmeal
    Brown Rice
    Veggies(can someone fill me in what kind? I have no idea what I can eat while cutting and what would have to much sugar in it)


    Thats about the extent of my knowledge....what else can i eat while cutting? IM going shopping later today so inquiring minds want to know =P

    Lets also add condiments and stuff we can use to safely flavor our food.

    Natural peanut Butter
    Soy Sauce? Not sure on this one - dont know how salt affects cutting(water retention)

      salt intake should be limited while cutting. you're getting sodium from the tuna, pb, and cottage cheese if you add it into your diet. Get yourself some low sodium soy sauce. Hot sauce a good option as well.

      As for vegetables, leafy greens with high fiber content are your best choices. Broccoli, spinach, mushrooms, radishes....

        Personally I feel there is no cutting foods and bulking foods.... either way you should eat damn near the same clean foods. The only difference in cutting and bulking is the amount of calories taken in. Bulking or cutting you should always, except on cheat days.. eat clean.
