Nolvadex with 1-test/4-ad cycle...

Hey guys, how often would you suggest taking nolvadex while on this cycle?

Would it only be used when necessary, or should I be regularly taking it... So yeah, how much, and how often would you advise?

I wouldnt use it unless you note signs of gyno..

i got the arimidex and have been taking that on a regular basis but I think nolva you just take if you see signs of gyno coming
