Alright I bought some 93% fat free lean ground beef from the market about a week ago. I have been keeping it in the Fridge for 8 days now and its been browning. Does that mean its bad or can I still eat it? Let me know....I don't want to get food poison......but the same time I don't want to waste expensive meat! Thanks everybody!
it should be fine bro but i would just toss it and get some more the grocery store only gives it 4-5 days before they pull it i belive ,make sure its cooked all the way if you eat it though
yea i understand i buy alot of ground beef that they mark down before they throw it out i just freeze it i got 8 lbs for 9.25 sunday it is in the fridge nothing like ground beef and brown rice when you are strapped for cash
