to someone about diet/ nutrition without seeing them and knowing exactly what they have done, are doing, and will do??? The reason why I ask is that it seems that often times a guy might ask for help and gets a standard answer. EX. drop your carbs do more cardio and you'll get leaner - kinda answer. well that might work for the average rookie trainer but I think that people often over look the complexity of a training program. I just think that standard answers are spouted out from alot of "so called" gurus and that alot of people are probably following poor advice that is inadvertantly given.
the reason why i bring this up is part rant and part frustration. I am helping a guy get ready for a show and he has done some things outside my direction based on some on elses preceived notions without prior knowledge of his total program- well anyway
As I look back it happens a lot.
