If you are having trouble staying logged in when navigating between forums/topics/etc., you need to reset your session cookie. Go into your browser and delete any cookie for the site them log back in. This should fix the login issue.
Assume I'm 240 pounds. 14% bf and I want to be down to around 7-8% with diet and cardio, how much % should I be looking at to drop a week? 1%? .5%?
Also how bad are egg yolks when cutting? I typically always eat 7 eggs scrambled and some bacon atleast once a day. Often times I will ditch half the yolks though....

You should use egg whites instead of all those yolks.... and cut out the bacon if your trying to cut down....
Try the egg whites in a carton, that way you are not throwing away the yolk.....
I agree with you 100% on this. I would also toss the yokes. If you are just cutting up and not for a contest then 1-2 yokes would be okay IMO. the bacon also would have to go. try a half a cup of oats to go with you egg whites.
k, i eat a cup of oats in the morning with 2 scoops of whey as another meal, question...what kind of fats should i take in other than flax while cutting?

Instead of flax there are other fats that good to consume. I mostly use nuts. I eat alot of almonds and natural peanut butter. I usually toss the flax oil or PB in my shakes. Have the almonds with my meals. 1-2 yokes is alright. I buy the egg whites in the containers and toss in 2 whole eggs with it.. works pretty good.
