Hey guys/girls who eat Yams. I am going to start bulking soon and I wanted to stay clean and not compromise a lot of fat with my gains. I was wondering about yams and sweet potatoes. Do you guys eat them out of a can or buy them raw and cook them? THanks guys.

wrap them in foil and throw them on the grill or the oven. i really like them mashed up with brownsugar and marshmallows on top but that defeats the purpose right.
if they are too plain for ya i mash them up after boiling. mix with splenda make some oatmeal i put a little splenda in that too. it cant be too wet so put less water in the oat meal when prepareing. spray pam in the bottom of an oven safe pan and put in a layer of oatmeal put in the mashed yams i put a little skim milk in there when mashing. then put another layer of oatmeal on top spray it with "i cant beleive its not butter" and bake at 300 for 30-40 minutes watch it because you dont want the bottom to burm it will make a crust and taste pretty good."SHIAT BIOTCH, thats a big ass!"
