kreit.....ive taken the t-1 final from bdc nutrition. it lasted me about 4 weeks at two squirts a day. i gained about 5 pounds nothing huge. also i saw no sides at all. for the post cycle i just took one bottle of 6oxo. both of these are available at powernutrition.net.
