    I want to know if anyone has tried this or if they know what it would do. I am trying to lose body fat, but I don't want to get any bigger. I am 230 15% BF I want to be 210 5% BF. I have already started cutting the trans fatty acids and and the saturated fat. I am trying to make this diet as cleans as possible. Now will I gain weight, lose wieght or stay the same. If so what is the factor that will change the out come.

    6:00 am Meal 1

    8:00 am Take aminos Arganine, ornithine for growth hormone secretion

    10 am Meal 2 , nap 60 mins

    12:00 pm Meal 3

    2:00 pm Meal Aminos Exercise

    4:00 pm 60 min nap

    7:00 pm meal 5

    9:00 pm aminos Sleep

    1:00 am meal 6 Sleep

    4:00 am aminos Sleep

    This is said to create an anabolic drive. I want to use this schedule but I don't want to gain weight.

    looks like a good schedule. do you choose to start your day at 6am or do you have to?

      I don't have to but, that is just the example that I was given. do you have somthing else in mind.

        What do your meals consist of? That is a very important factor.
