    I hope this isn't a crazy post. Is it ok to include BBQ chicken or turkey in a diet for droping body fat. The book I have been reading says the only foods I should cut from my diet are saturated fats, trans fats and simple sugars. The simple sugars are to be cut before the workout.

    Be careful when cutting and using sauces, most are filled with simple sugars which have a very neg effect on fat burning. Also if the meal is a protien/fat meal, the carbs will cause an insulin spike which will result in stored body fat.

      i have tried adkins brand sauce and its pretty good and has no sugar.
