Im starting to train in the morning.I need to know what do you guys advice me to eat for breakfeast,in order to get a good pump, training.
Some say its good to eat eggs in the morning, but i would like to know your opinion. Thanks
It looks like when i train in the morning,i dont have enough energy to do a good training.i dont know why.
what do u guys think i must eat for breakfeast to have a good train?
My preference is a whey shake because it gets the protein into my system fast. Followed by a bowl of oatmeal. Oats just stick with me the longest.
I used to train in the morning and loved it. But now if I try to wake up and go straight to the gym, I feel tired until half way thru. The point being is that your body will adjust to the change.

Lord, make me strong, and let the weak find comfort in my strength.
i wake up at 4am, have whey in water, start warming up at roughly 4:20am.
used to have half a banana but dropped it and still doing fine.
Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.
There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?

I heard that some people are not tolerant to wheat products or wheat bread. It can cause bloat in abdominal area. I tried this, and avoided wheat products and my stomach did go down. So when i eat eggs and such i use rye bread and avoid products with wheat in it. It will suprise you, if you read ingrediants on foods, how many products contain wheat.
I've been training in the morning now for 10 weeks. I train at 5:15 AM have just a whey protein shake before. I have to say I'm personally having some of the best workouts and pumps I have ever had. No energy problems what so ever. I think it has to do the you ea tfor the rest of the day after to replentish your system.

You need to drop the peanut butter. It's drastically slowing down absorption of the other nutrients. Your body won't be able to access the fuel it needs in time to sustain an intense workout. Unless this is like 2-3 hours before the workout...
