I usually take my creatine post-work out, but am curious as to whether or not I should continue to take the same amount on my off-days. What's the popular opinion of this? I assume I should keep taking it to aid in muscle recovery, but would like more knowledgable input from the board.
I take mine even on non-workout days...usually around 5g a day no matter what. It's around 10g when I workout. It's all about preference really I do it mainly to keep a routine.
Take 5 grams a day and a extra 5 grams about 1-2 hours before workouts.

Jack what's your reasoning for taking it before workout? Not saying you're wrong, I know a lot in this game comes down to personal preference...but all that i've ever read says there's no real benefit taking it pre-workout...can you elaborate a bit?
just habit no real reason i just like to split it up bro ,not sure if it makes a diffrence or not ,i allways have 25 grms of protein before i workout and 55 after so i just split up the creatine ...
