Does anyone know if the anarchy stack works the same as ECA ie.. Does it increase your heart rate? Do you need to change your diet in order to assist the anarchy stack (ie..UPC-1 an increase in carbs).

The green tea, due to the caffeine content, will naturally speed the heart rate, but not to the extent of say ephedrine. The anarchy stack is based around creating a good fat loss enviroment, with the fatty acids, green tea, ala alcar.
UCP-1 is an uncoupler, so it requires medium + carbs, the Anarchy stack contains no uncouplers, so the carb intake is your choice.Comment
