        what kind or kinds of protein do you guys think are the best for pre and post workout, and also to have 2 or 3 times a day?

        i did check out that site but which protein would u guys recommand?

          Go with whey isolate. Casien has it's uses but I usually just get mine from milk. As long as your diet has lots of protein in it you shouldn't need to worry about buying anything but whey.

            Like Pykee said above, but if you need a protein supp for during the day as well I would just go with the daytime formula. Another option would be to custom make your own and take out the glutamine and just have cfm whey, and milk isolate.
