  • LGP 1-T OHT Today!

    As of today i'm begining a fourweek of 4ml's a day, my post will be 40,30,20 of tamoxifen. Smells like the orange powder the bus driver would sprinkle on the floor when kids would upchuck on the way to school, no irritation and absorbed pretty quickly when applied to thin dermal (I perfer inner bi's). Will keep y'all posted as I go.

    Okay so it's been bout a week... No redness, no rash so far and as of day two I noticed the drive, the attitude and ambition was back... infact day after day it's jus been gettin better! My workouts have been jus hammerin and i'm out doin some awesome climbs. I feel harder and am lookin alot bigger in the mirror too. On day one I weighed in at 147.1 dry, today 153. The next three weeks are gonna be a blast !

      Now I know whats it's like to feel like a bull, big, mean and HORNY ! As of this morning 154.8, i'm getting pretty vascular and my left quad is really coming back (2nd knee surgery), so good so far...

          Well tomorrow will be four weeks on this cycle, progress has stayed the same nothin really dramatic. I did up the dose to 8ml ed after week three, allthough I am pleased somewhat I would like to go another two weeks watcha guys think?

            The gains you saw were within the last week? If so and sides have been none or minimal I would say to stay on but it's your body you do what you deem fit.

            What has your diet and trainining been like? You really should be seeing better gains than you are.

              The first coupla weeks I was soaring on it ! now it jus did'nt seem like it, I figured maby I was gettin used to it so I upped it and now I'm gettin the feel for it again. The only side is I get harder than chinese arithmetic, but as for training it's ol' skool squats, deads, bench, reverse curl, behind the neck press and my fave T-bar rows thats the gym. At work it's lots of packin gear and climbing dicey cliffs and rotten rock, high angle rope work, litter hauling, ice climbing, snow shoeing you name it... Diet is protein shakes, turkey & pepperjack sandwiches on flax bread, bannanas, apples, cliff bars, jerky, smoked salmon or steelhead, strip steak & pizza when I get the chance. Pretty simple for me.

                It all sounds good except I don't see many carbs. You need carbs to grow and with your very active lifestyle you need a ton of them. Do you get any brown rice, oats, or sweet potatoes? Those are your best carb sources. Are you taking a pre and or post workout protein/carb shake?

                  Yeah man, Carbs are a must especially with yoiur lifestyle. When yoiur trying to bulk, Eat everything but the kitchen sink....Most people say 1.5 - 2 grams of protien per lb of body weight. Not sure of your stats so post em up please.

                    I eat quite a bit really, oatmeal (yuk), buckwheat pancakes slathered with peanut butter & honey, total raisinbran, bagels. I'll have a protein shake soon as I wake then an hour later I'll eat 1/2 a serving of one of the above and a glass of grape juice & creatine preworkout and post a shake with creatine then gorge after a shower. I'm on the mmj program so i'm allways snackin, sometimes I think too much but I have to try to keep packin on the weight cause of my bullshit + status. Right now i'm allmost back to my original 156 from 114, this morning i'm at 150.1. My height is 5'4".

                      Last day. This morning I weighed in at 157 dry....! So how did it go? not bad my quads got a really nice sweep,reps on my squats went up and quite a bit of overall mass. If I was going to do it again I would double the dosage and make sure I had more time for the gym. Overall the results were more than I had expected I got back to my original weight after seven years.
