  • Wheat bread good or bad?

    Im trying to bulk up without adding too much bodyfat, Is 6 pieces of 100% wheat bread too much for 1 day? I use it to make tuna or egg sandwiches. stats are 6'2 230 lbs.

          just make sure its not enriched wheat flour as its main source. Lot of bread will say 'wheat bread", but unless it labels 100% stoneground, or wheat bread, the nutrients that beneficial in wheat doesnt exist.

              I dont think bread is that bad. it is just REALLY easy to overeat, but if you treat it like any other carb source there are good fats, fibre and some protein in it.

              + its so portable so its great
