How does everyone go about figuring out their calorie intake. I've got a lot of good advice from people. Was just curious. Does everyone figure out their BMR or do you let the numbers just fall where they fall. Meaning say your Bulking- to find your bulking calories do you say
Bodyweight x ? = calorie intake and adjust as needed or do you say well I'm going to eat 3grams of Carbs per lb. of Bodyweight,
2grams Protein per lb. of Bodyweight and .5 - 1gram of fat per lb. of bodyweight. Chris Aceto calls it the 3
