how many mg's do u guys think would be good. its been hell tryin to get some sleep.

it seams to very for people, some only use the .5 mg pills although off the top of my head I can't recall seeing any users that had good results with that. The most I took was 15mg dupped out of the capsules into some sprite which I held in the mouth for any possible sublingual effect. I don't remember if I had an empty stomach or not but after about 10 min. it hit me and was in no way a subtle effect. I felt close to passing out from sudden fatigue. The sleep was great and I recall sleeping for something like 10 hours at least. BUT... for the next 3 days running I felt incredibly tired, I might try the experiment again as I don't think the halflife is that long and it could have been a fluke (might have been halfway sick or something) if it hadn't been for that effect I would have done it more offten but that was the last of the bottle and I haven't used it since."I have yet to see any problem, however complicated, which, when looked at in the right way, did not become still move complicated."]
