  • Done the Research - 1st 1-AD/4-AD Cycle

    Hi, I was just wondering if you can look over my 1st PH cycle -
    I'am 21 year old, I have been bb for about 3 years now and have decided to use Prohormones! I workout 5 days a week, and currently on a cutting diet. I have been doing research for a couple of months now and I believe that I have come up with the prefect ( beginner ) cycle.

    Products I have decided to use:

    Ergopharm 1-AD - 60 Caps - 100mg per Cap
    AST 4 Diol 250 - 60 Caps - 250mg per Cap
    Ergopharm 6oxo - 60 Caps - 100mg per Cap

    CYCLE- 5 Week cycle

    WK 1 - 1-AD - 300MG 4-AD - 750MG
    WK 2 - 1-AD - 300MG 4-AD - 750MG
    WK 3 - 1-AD - 400MG 4-AD - 1000MG
    WK 4 - 1-AD - 500MG 4-AD - 1250MG
    WK 5 - 1-AD - 600MG 4-AD - 1500MG

    POST CYCLE -
    WK 6 - 6OXO - 500MG
    WK 7 - 6OXO - 400MG
    WK 8 - 6OXO - 300MG
    WK 9 - 6OXO - 200MG

    WEEK 1 & 2 - 1-AD - 300MG (3 CAPS A DAY - BREAKFAST 1 / LUNCH 1 / NIGHT TIME 1)
    4-AD - 750MG 3 CAPS A DAY - BREAKFAST 1 / LUNCH 1 / NIGHT TIME 1)

    WEEK 3 - 1-AD - 400MG (4 CAPS A DAY - BREAKFAST 1 / LUNCH 2 / NIGHT TIME 1)
    4-AD - 1000MG (4 CAPS A DAY - BREAKFAST 1 / LUNCH 2 / NIGHT TIME 1)

    WEEK 4 - 1-AD - 500MG (5 CAPS A DAY - BREAKFAST 2 / LUNCH 2 / NIGHT TIME 1)
    4-AD - 1250MG (4 CAPS A DAY - BREAKFAST 1 / LUNCH 2 / NIGHT TIME 1)

    WEEK 5 - 1-AD - 600MG (6 CAPS A DAY - BREAKFAST 2 / LUNCH 2 / NIGHT TIME 2)
    4-AD - 1500MG (6 CAPS A DAY - BREAKFAST 2 / LUNCH 2 / NIGHT TIME 2)

    WEEK 6- 6oxo: 500mg /
    WEEK 7- 6oxo: 400mg \ All 6oxo Caps to be
    WEEK 8- 6oxo: 300mg / taken before Bed!
    WEEK 9- 6oxo: 200mg \

    To battle against the side effects do u think i should get the following products.......

    Gyno - Nolva ( Cant get hold of ) what about Arimidex
    Liver/Kidneys - Alpha Lipoic Acid ( ALA ) or Milk Thistle
    Depression - ( use in post cycle ) St john wort
    Sleeplessness - Would use Malatonin but cant get hold of it, any suggestions??

    Please comment and critise anything which I have got wrong or need to add in this cycle to begin! Many thanks....

    Excellent job of research.

    Why increase dosages? You can if you want, not really neccessary. Of course if you are going low at first, to get feel and possible sides, that's fine.

    Nolva is a good idea, just in case. If you do not have high body fat, or had any puffy nips as a teenager, you're probably okay. In general gyno has a low incident rate, the thing is when it happens, it's a *****, so always be prepared, it is a symptom you can nip in the bud asap and be fine, it's what happens if you don't where it becomes a real pain. Likelyhood though is it won't happen, of course never know.

    ala, or milk thistle is fine, in reality you are not putting alot of additional stress on kidneys nor for any length of time, again if you want to go ahead

    depression, with the 4-ad in there and using 6-oxo, again not likely, st. john's wort like all of those take 3-4 weeks to kick in, at that point your natural test level should be back, so if you get a little blue it should fade quickly, just keep working out eating right etc.

    Melatonin is fine choice, you can get anywhere, at any grocery store.

      The only problems are that in the UK, its not that easy to get hold of any nolva or malatonin - I have searched the web and I cant find anything, the only sites I have found sell roids and I dont think they are a legit company! And I also found out that arimidex is really really expensive, so is there another alternative altogether?

        www.researchkits.com sells liquid Nolva, its Tamaxofien citrate(sp?)

            hi. i just discovered your link. i too have decided to take these supplements. (1-ad 4-ad and 6 oxo). i may just follow your advice on the cycle.
            question: how did it work for you overall? did you experience any side effects? what are they? did you experience any effects you were unaware of? when you say take 1st week, do you mean taken the supplements everyday or just on workout days?
            please include any other info you deem helpful to me before i engage un this new regimen.
