What's the deal with this stuff? Highly processed? Bad to include in a diet for cutting,bulking, or maintaing?

Stone ground Whole Wheat Bread is good for you and you can eat it while cutting or bulking. As for pasta you should watch your intake if your cutting. It has tons of carbs wich could go right to your ass if you dont burn them up during the dayStart Jun 1st 02

Yeah...I eat whole wheat bread when dieting (and bulking....just more of it).. As far as the pasta.....there's a lot of carbs in a little bit of pasta. So if you want to eat a little bit of pasta when dieting....go for it....but there's more filling stuff out there...like the wheat bread or brown rice. And if you do eat pasta....be it for bulking or cutting.....get the wheat pasta. I actually prefer it to regular white pasta.http://photos.yahoo.com/mi_hardbody
