some good advices you getting there. most commercial gainers are loaded with maltodextrin as their primary carb source and really only desirable after a workout. Most important thing to do when trying to gain mass is simply eat more. As you know, its hard sometimes to eat a fat steak, and rice every meal and thats why a gainer has its place in a mass gaining diet. But you really want quality gains bro. Go with NPursuit's suggestion and make your own gainer..... oatmeal, peanut butter, flax with a protein powder is all good choices.

Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.
There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?
.....the basics need to be lifted high in this age of retarded new wave info. dave draper
