    Which supplements and vitamins do you guys stay on all year round? I thought this would be a good info thread....

    I usually stay on creatine, ALA, Flax, Whey, Green Tea, and Centrum....

    How about you?
    Everything I say or do is hypothetical. I do not nor will I ever use steroids.

    Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.

    There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?

                what do you guys think about all these supplements anyway? I was thinking about this today while i was downing my literal handful of pills. I take this shit all the time and i don't feel much different than i do when I don't take anything.

                I take:

                multi
                ripped fuel
                vit e
                r-ala
                milk thistle/dandelion blend for liver
                cranberry extracts
                ginger root
                protien supplement
                cla
                -crombie09

                  PERSONAL EXPERIENCE!! nothing beats it

                  years ago, i used to have a pretty extensive list. but i realized i was taking all this stuff and i wasnt getting more results.

                  i started weeding them out one by one. stuff like tribilus, vanadyl, metrx were not living up to their claims. i even stopped on my vitamins, but that i felt a difference then.

                  it also helps when you dont have much money to spend on supps. it makes you stick with what works for you.
