  • need opinions please

o.k. guys. i wanna get back in the swing of things, 2 years ago i did my first cycle. all i did was
winstrol and avavar(both I.P.) at around 100 mgs and 40 mgs for 8 weeks. i totally jumped the gun
as i had only been lifting for about 3 years, since i was 16. I loved it! I never got so much ass
in my life completly shredded. About 5 months later i decide to put on more size, so i ran
the classic ; test deca cycle 500mgs and 400mgs for 10 weeks. although i got strong as an ox
i ate like one too. everything in site. and we know what happened. a spare tire on my waist.
so now some time later i really wanna get back in the swing of things. I need some advise.

First- i have some fat in my chest area which may or not be gyno. now i did alot of research and found
a couple things that might be helpfull. i found a layout on massmonsters for helping with gyno.
its basically, 12 weeks of yohimburn df, nolva, arimadex= 2x a day (yohim df), 30mgs ed nolva, .5mgs
a-dex ed. week 7 -12 kick it up to 3x a day, 60mgs ed, 1mg ed. they also had t-3 in there but im choosing
to leave that out, but what am thinking about is adding ucp-1 along with xenadrine rf-1. diet will be on the money.

Second- this is the big part. i work two jobs one 8-5 then 7 -12 ed or almost ed ( 7-12 that is). my question is
i may only be able to lift 2 days a week and that may be limited to the weights in my house, whick leaves me
with benches, curls, maybe shoulders. oh yeah cardio. i have an old staionary bike so maybe cardio 2 days a week.

this is my question; how does the first part sound as far as supplementation? do you guys think its possible
to get back into shape again? whats your opinions?

This is a bit much, especially if you're not sure its gyno. Go with Avants Lipoderm instead of Yohimburn, its cheaper and a bit more potent.

Choose only one. If your diet is in check like you say, you wont need 2 fat burners.

to get back into shape again? whats your opinions?
Of course you can, if you really want to. If you can only lift 2 days, so be it. Granted 3-4 days would be better, but make due with what you have. Make the best of your workouts when you have them.

Lipoderm is NOT more potent than yohimburn DF.

drop the nolva, it can actually increase nipple puffyness and chest fat.

letrozole is probably a better choice over dex.

        you should also definitely add:
        either
        EC
        clen
        NYC
        thermorexin (or other ephedra free)
        to enhance fat burning.

Not sure about DF, but the question was about Yohimburn. Not to mention Lipoderm is from a reputable company and much cheaper.

The UCP-1 will due, if not, SAN's Tight is the best ephedrine free fat burner on the market.

UCP-1 contains the lichen derived Usnic Acid, which can cause liver failure (and has).

San's tight is an OK formula, but it is NOT the best ephedra free.

Both MP Technologies and Anafit provide excellent service and product, regardless of your and others advertising issues they are both reputable companies. That meet label claim and independantly test product. If you have issues with restrictions on advertising take time to read the TOS of every board that you join.

Ah yes, in women with pre-existing liver conditions.

Let me gues, T-Rex is better?

Yea, but when the owners of the company are relative newbies and run a dishonest busienss, I would tend to avoid them and Im certainly not alone.

wtf- are you talking about? you are a newbie. child. you are what 20 years old? you only have 30,000 posts on all these forums because you dont have a life. and make another libelous comment and you will see how adults play.

and as to your issues, ulter has been quite forthright and honest.

Once again, you avoid the discussion, which leads me to believe one of the following:

                      1. You arent intelligent to debate the topic
                      2. You dont have enough facts/data to back up your rambling.

I think both are the case, child.

                        1. you are making false and libelous comments.
                        2. ulter has been in this game since before you were born.
                        3. you have no understanding of the actual issues, read the TOS, and no basis for making the libelous statement that he is dishonest.

btw- you are a newbie, so calling others that is pretty foolish. just because you have 3000 posts, in under 9 months, does not make you a veteran.

Bah, Im a fictional character. Over 30K posts? Come on now. Im sure you have twice what I do on various boards spamming your ads for your lackluster products.

Great. So that makes him old and ignorant.

I have seen threads deleted and then hear him lie about them being deleted, come on Macro, if you'd get your head out of his lap long enough, you might learn something.

btw. I have forgotten more in the past year than you know, and 30K is a bit much and Im going on at least 4 years on these boards, well since the old bb.com boards.

Geez, how'd I know this would turn out to be all about me. You're my biggest fan Macro. Talk about libelous statements, maybe you should read your precious TOS.

really. you have forgotten more..... thats quite amusing.

have you forgotten that you registered at bb.com in MARCH 2002, a place from which you were subsequently banned.

though you did manage to get 4000 posts in those 9 months.

and if you have been on the boards 4 years, you were 16 years old when you started?

as far as threads being deleted, did they violate the TOS? something that you should learn about, since you may soon run out of boards from which to be banned.

Oh, quite interesting research, detective but once again, you're in correct. Ive been banned from bb.com 4 times (I know, life sucks ) I took over the username YellowJacket from a close friend sometime in the summer of '02.

and if you have been on the boards 4 years, you were 16 years old when you started?
Close again, but 20 is the number you're looking for.

No violation. If giving negative feedback on your products violates TOS (which at Elite, it probably does) then yes, but they were deleted for business protection purposes.

As for running out of boards, hell theres a new board out there everyday.
