    ok i used to have a really good diet but being away at school makes it harder, so heres what i can do while at school

    egg whites on whole wheat
    2 hours
    whey protein shake
    2 hours
    turkey wrap
    2 hours
    turkey on whole wheat and a salad
    2 hours
    whey protein shake
    2 hours
    2 turkey wraps, salad
    2 hours
    whey protein shake

    its tuff here cuz i cant just cook up chicken and stuff, anyway, how does that look, anyone have pointers
