    just got keto tests. yesterday i measured at .5 (trace) and today i'm at 1.5 (small amount). my carbs almost never go under 140 grams and are usually higher. my diet is usually clean and of course high in protien and low in starch. oatmeal is often my only starch source. will carbing up with veggies and fruits cut it or do you think i need more starches? maybe more calories in general. i doubt i am often under 1500 and prob usually higher although i do not always count exactly. yesterday i was at 1324 calories fg/cg/pg 40/91/136. i guess that is low but i am supposed to be dieting (not pre-comp yet, i am still 7 months out from my first but dieting for 2 months cuz i need it). i am 153 and about 20%. help i do not want to loose the muscle i worked so hard for. are these keto levels something to worry about and what should i do?
