I've decided to give protein customizer a try and make my owne blend of protien. I think I want to make two blends, one with very low carbs and one high carbs for post workout. Now before I never really got to pick what type of protein went into my shakes and now that I have the option I'm curious which one would be best. I was thinking of using a hydrolyzed whey/maltodextrin/dextrin mix for post workout. My question is the hydrolyzed whey the best choice. I assumed it would be becasue it says it gets into the blood stream the fastest. As for my other shakes I was thinking micellar casien/maltodextrin blend for all other shakes. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
