    how fast after a workout do you need to consume your supps?
    (creatine, protein, malt)

    i also "hear" milk is bad to mix protein with post workout as it digests slow? is this true?

    sorry for newbie questions

    take your post w/o drink immediately after you're through. (i prefer sipping on my drink the last 15-20 minutes of my workout.
    And you dont mix casein into your post workout nutrition. The slow intake and absorption of the casein is the opposite of what you are looking for.

      New studies are showing casein post workout isnt such a bad idea after all, but Ill assume the jury is still out.

        i just use a isolate and casin blens with dex just be to safe lol

          I usually get mine within 15 minutes just to be on the safe side. A friend of mine who is in medical said your anabolic window is actually around 1 hour, im not sure how accurate that is though
