I am looking to order my next batch of protein from proteincustomizer. I want a post workout blend. Right now I think I am going to go with 30% dextrose, 30% maltodextrin, 35% Hydro whey, 2% glut, and 3% BCAA. How does this sound? Should I take away some of the carbs and add more protein? I figured serving size would have to be about 120g to get 42g of protein per shake. Is that too much?
