    same idea as cutting. gives people new meal ideas and gives new people a chance to see how to eat alot and still eat clean. discuss why if you ate something strange or not enough etc..

    Thus far...4 egg whites and 2 pieces wheat toast for breakfast, 2 cans of tuna and a can of soup for pre workout meal, then I worked out and had a post workout shake. I think I am going to treat myself to sushit tonight though

      Wow... nice diet. Looks like 13% from fat. Great stuff. I would have guessed your list of foods is LESS than 5245 calories. Are those shakes taking up a third of it?
      I know nothing about any of this insanity... it's just a fun game to me.
