this thread will give neewbies an idea of what we eat when we are cutting, or dieting down. Please include if your on a cycle or not and if any part of your diet that day was crap (if you ate cookies say you did, and give them an idea why. Its easy for them to see one slip up doesnt end the diet)

dannon light n fit yougurt
a 12oz boneless skinless grilled chicken breast and a yam
cottage cheese
2 turkey burger patties with bananna peppars no bread

proteins, 54, carbs 62, fats 5 , calories bout 575
5 oz. chicken breast, plain as jane, prot. 42 , calories 240
5 oz. chicken breast, jane appears again
getting ready to hook up with janes breast again, in about 30 minutes
