    okay, I have a question

    I have been doing a lot of morning cardio and I have lost a good amout of Bodyfat. My question is, how much better result would I get if I were taking any ECA supplements? Do these supplements make a major diffrence for fat loss? Or is the diffrence very small?

    To be honest, what you're eating will make the most difference. I use an ECA just as much for its anti-catabolic properties as I do its lipolysis properties.

      Like YJ stated, diet is the number one factor. But I have to admit, thermogenic drugs such as the ECA stack, clen, yohimbine, etc. make dieting so much easier.

        Eca's add plenty of extra energy for me to take cardio to another level. Also it really supresses my food cravings. Good Luck!

            i dont think they will cause more thsan a max of 10% dif in fat burning but every bit helps
