  • Creatine question

    I picked up a second job and this particular job allows me to have an endless supply of creatine along with free protein shakes everyday. My question is what is the best type of fruit or fruit juice to allow for the best absorption of the creatine. Also what is the best dose... 8grams. I know some of the main supplement companys have 10grams but I think that is a little high. What are your opinions?

    5g is enough. Take it with water and dextrose or maltodextrin.

      Thanks YellowJacket... but do you happen to know what type of fruit or juice has a good amount of dextrose? I assume since dextrose is a sugar fruit contains it. Blueberry, Blackberry, Strawberry, Pineapple?

          yep i hear/read several times that grape juice and creatine is the best mix. And if yellow jacket says it, it is golden..
