Ok im 18 and i dont want to get big just real cut and i was wondering what supplements if any should i use and i should i deal with nutrition??

Oh yeah i 6 feet and weight about 175 and i think i need to get down to like 165, i use to run 2 miles 3 times a week is that good??? And is hydrocut pretty good, epedra free of course????
And i have Myoplex for a protein/supplement meal how is that and it has 42grams of proteen and i take it twice a day and if this is not a good source of protiend what else would you recommend??? And i do arms chest,back,shoulders twice a weeks, legs once aweek and abs 5 times a week. As you can tell im not an expert at all on this stuff and any advice would help

the running you did was goodand yes hyroxcut (sp) is alright as well. you can take that protein twice a day but be sure to eat at least 5-6 meals a day. This meals should be high in protein, light or moderate in carbs and low in fat.

ephedra free, your best option is zantrex-3, as far a potency goes. think about it......muscletech, cytodyne, nve (stackers), twinlab (ripped fuel), etc took out ephedra and enhanced the remaining formula with what??? Nothing.
Zantrex-3 is newer and uped the potency of its existing ingredients.....you have other options as well.....plenty

yeah, your 18, you dont need a fat burner just yet. if you eat right, or even moderately right, and do cardio, with the metabolism at your age?, you should shred the pounds off. try getting up early, at say 6 or 7 and do cardio for 30-40 minutes, on an empty stomach. when i was your age, i ate like sh*t, but did that and still lost the pounds.
