Hi. I just bought some of this stuff. I haven't opened the bottle yet. I was wondering if anyone out there has used or had experience with 19-norandrostenedione. I plan on taking 2 caps a day totaling 500 mgs of 19-norandrostenedione. So I'm really just wondering what the guru's on this board think about this stuff and why. Thanks in advance!

Really. What would you suggest I stack with it? I know some 4-ad would be a common choice. Anything else? Would you recommend Molecular Nutrition's Ether Modified 4-AD? I guess another question about PH's would be do you recommend sticking with ether modified PH's over the one's that aren't (even though they have much lower doses)? Thanks again.

Try a transdermal 4-ad, much cheaper and more effective than an oral version

Cool thanks! Any particular brands? I've never bought anything from Higher Power Nutrition, but they seem to have a wide variety of PH's. Is Higher Power Nutrition junk?

Higher Power is good, BDC Nutrition is good & Avant Labs is good.

Cool! Thanks man! Ok one last question. Higher Power had some Ph's that were Ether Modified, and they also had something called "DIM" in it. They claim this stuff raises "good estrogen".......? I don't know, but that just sounds weird to me.
