For the past year I have religiously eaten six meals a day. I have eaten my meals every three hours during this era. During this time I would normally take 3-4 dumps a day. I felt this was fine because I feel problems start to arise when you can't take any dumps.
But recently I have decided to give my body a break. For the past month I have taken in the exact same quantity of food (calories, protein, carbs, and fat) but I have done so by eating the food in only four meals a day (times are at 10, 2, 7, and 11). I have noticed that my strength has increased during this month and more importantly I only have to take a dump once a day, sometimes only once EOD. I actually feel better during the day because I am not always bloated and feeling full.
The food stats are roughly 5000 calories, 400 grams of protein, 400 grams of carbs, and 200 grams of fat. Body stats are 5'10, 210, and about 15% bf (top 4 abs look very defined). Any thoughts on all of this?
