im 8 weeks out from a show and trying to work out all my lil odds and ends before i launch an all out assault on my body fat!
around 4 weeks out im looking to go flawless -keeping carbs till the morning and after my workout, increasing my protein with a moderate fat intake : my question....flax is my primary fat source along w/ CLA...is natural pb a good source while cutting?....flems
