  • What is you favorite weight gainer/Meal Replacement?

    I just wanted to know what the best meal replacement is. I know that they all have a lot of cholesterol and sodium in them, but I am having a hard time eating as much as I want to while at work so I thought that I could take one of these during my break and it would tide me over till I can get home to cook. I really need to keep my calories up cause I am trying to bulk. Thanks

    4 scoops, 1/2 cup water, 3 ice cubes, 1 Tablespoons of Olive oil (or peanut butter I suppose).

    The hard to believe part, it actually tastes good. I use chocolate.

    With all that, its prob around 727cals, 86 carb, 14 mono-fat, 6 sat-fat, 52 protien, 100mg cholesterol.

        over the years i've had joe weiders dynamic weight gainer, mega mass 2000, heavyweight gainer 900, muscle maxx and gnc pro performance 1800. the best one for me back then was the gnc brand.

        now i would make my own starting with oatmeal and whey and adding from their.
        Do you know where one builds action, stamina and guts? In the gym under the iron day after day, forever without fail or excuses or grumbling, that’s where. It’s true. I read a study somewhere and that’s what it said, really.

        There’d be fewer battles, less drugs and less crime and more happy moms and dads if we all lifted weights… let’s face it. In what recent medical journal was I reading that?

          This is a killer weight gainer and meal replacement shake:

          15oz milk
          2 scoops natural peanut butter
          2 scoops whey protein powder
          1 tblspoon flax oil
          1/2 cup crushed oatmeal
          1 banana (if you wish)

          **Mix it all together in a blender or with a hand blender (add ice if you like them really cold, I dont) drink away, its surprisingly very good, I use pro rated chocolate powder and with the peanut butter, it tastes like a Reese Cup shake....

          Here's the catch.... My shakei s around 48 gramd of protein I wont give the nutrition facts because its based on Type of PB, brand of flax, Type of milk, brand of protein powder, etc. Too difficult.

            1 cup oatmeal
            2 scoops egg/casien/whey mix
            2 tablespoons flax
            Cinnamon for flavor

            Add water to desired consistency, shake and drink.

            I like to add some peanut butter on the side for some dessert.

                when I was on weight gainer it gave me extreme diahrea so if anything it made me skinnier

                  I know what you mean man, I work in an office and have to do the same thing. No blender on hand, just a shaker. I bring a gallon of milk to work on Monday and store it in the shared fridge. I've just been ding Opt Whey with it lately. But I use to bring Myoplex MRP's, (42 g protein, 24 g carbs, 2 g fat) they have some killer flavors, then I tried MetRx Ultra, which has 5 g of creatine in each pack and 2 g or glutamine, but I liked the myoplex better. If you get Myoplex try the tropical flavors. My girlfriend pre mixes her shakes because she adds flax oil and other things to hers and then puts them in the fridge until she is ready and then shakes it up and drinks it. Myoplex now makes a MRP calles myoplex MASS, looks good 500 cal, 33 g pro, 77 g carb, 7 g fat)

                      Myoplex as far as MRP's are concerned...the only weight gainer ive used is Heavyweight Gainer 900 by champion nutrition...it was OK

                        Hey bro the same shit happend to me and the thing that sucked about all of this was that I used to drink one every morning to school, and "BOOM", there I went to the restroom. That sucked.
