    I am 5'5" 160 around 13-15%bf.

    meal#1
    3 egg whites, 1 whole
    cheese
    turkey
    1/2 cup oatmeal

    snack: Protein shake

    Meal #2
    chicken
    1 pc of wheat bread with PB

    meal 3
    chicken
    salad

    meal 4
    tuna
    veggies

    post workout: protein shake

    meal 5
    some form of meat

    before bed: protein shake

    I think I am going to add some olive oil. I want to cut the bf down around 8-9%. Give me some tips and ideas please. THanks guys

    Looks like standard ckd diet. Have you totaled your cals, grams of proteing, fats, carbs, etc.

    Note: with that little carbs you are going to experience some weakness, you can throw in a carb loading day once every 4-5 days depending on how you feel.

    Are you on any supps? Are you going to do cardio?

      I'm not doing any juice because I just got done bulking. I am eating like 270g protein, 120 g carbs and like 75 g of fats. The total cals was around 2300. I would be doing some light cardio in the morning, but I might do some HIIT. I want to see what happens and how much weight I am losing a week. THanks for the help and bump for some more opinions.

        whats your goal?....cutting i assume.....the only problems i see is.........the turkey in meal one is fine iffff its not cold cut-loaded w/ sodium< get lean ground turkey and brown it w/ your eggs...id replace your wheat breat w/ reg oatmeal...sweeten it w/ a sug sub or i recommend sugar free pancake syrup and add your fav protein powder (anabolic oats!)....your post workout shake should def have carbs (you didnt specify) and id choose flax oil over olive oil any day of the week.....lots of luck
